TANZANIA PEABERRY PLUS
Tanzania Peaberry is a bit of a "geographic anomaly" in the coffee world. While most coffee cherries grow two flat-sided beans, the Peaberry is a single, round bean that forms when only one ovule is fertilized.
Because of its round shape, it rolls more easily in the roaster, leading to a remarkably consistent medium roast. Here is what you can expect from a Tanzania Peaberry "Plus" (the "Plus" denotes a higher grade with fewer defects and more rigorous sorting).
