Peaberry coffee is often described as the "Champagne of Coffee".
Normally, coffee cherries contain two flat-sided beans that grow facing each other inside the fruit. But about 3–5% of the time, a natural mutation causes only one small, rounded bean to form — and that’s a Peaberry.
This single bean is rounder and smaller than its counterpart, packing a dense flavor, intense aroma, and overall a true specialty coffee.
This coffee requires hand sorting and processing with extra time and attention. The limited quantities and availability make it an excellent gift for the coffee connoisseur in your life.
This Peaberry coffee comes from the Aviv Estate in Tanzania, grown and processed in the Songea and Ruvuma regions on the slopes of the Kilimanjaro.
Great coffee as a Light or Medium roast or in-between.

Our coffees are roasted fresh, weekly.
All of our coffees are packaged in bags fitted with a one-way valve. The bags allow the carbon dioxide produced by roasted coffee to escape, while not allowing air to enter the bag. This packaging helps preserve freshness and flavor.
