Sourced from the legendary Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia, this organic coffee embodies the region’s reputation for exceptional quality. Grown in rich loamy soil at altitudes of 2,000 to 2,250 meters, these beans develop a vibrant acidity, delicate floral notes, and a beautifully complex flavor profile.
Our Guji coffee is processed at the Guji-Uraga washing station, expertly managed by Kuri Mountain Coffee and producer Habtamu Fekadu Aga. Established in 2015 in the Koba, Uraga/Solomo district, the station is surrounded by the highland landscapes of Dimtu Ambella and Yirgacheffe—areas celebrated for their world-class coffees.

All of our coffees are packaged in bags fitted with a one-way valve. The bags allow the carbon dioxide produced by roasted coffee to escape, while not allowing air to enter the bag. This packaging helps preserve freshness and flavor.
